We proudly curated the 2400 sqft backstage pass for Shawn Mendes International Tour. Our team meticulously constructed a miniature replica of the arena, providing an immersive glimpse into the atmosphere of Shawn Mendes' live performances. We custom-designed and built the backstage decor, ensuring a unique and visually stunning environment for fans and crew alike. Anticipating the demands of a year-long worldwide tour, we dedicated ourselves to addressing logistical challenges, including managing diverse power requirements across different countries. Our expertise extended to the careful consideration of transport logistics, ensuring the seamless participation and travel capability of our backstage tour elements throughout the global journey.

Trisha’s Tailgate

To complement the Garth Brooks Stadium Tour, we helped bring Trisha Yearwood’s Tailgate events to life in cities across the country. For each stop, we transformed an open field adjacent to the venue into a branded, fully immersive fan experience for 1,500 guests. Our team handled everything from the ground up—installing 150’ x 100’ tents, building a custom demo kitchen for Trisha’s live cooking show, and trucking in soft seating from her sponsored furniture line. We collaborated with national sponsors like Williams Sonoma and integrated local flair in each market—from cheer squads to mascots—while also working closely with venue F&B teams to serve up curated menus inspired by Trisha’s cookbooks. This multi-city activation showcased our full-service approach and festival-level scenic capabilities on a national stage.
